Our work is built on a foundation of time, specialized expertise, and deep partnership. Because consulting services are customized to your specific organization and goals, the following guidelines apply to billing and refunds:

Consulting Services

• Work Completed: Partners are responsible for payment for all work completed prior to any project termination, as outlined in our signed Consulting Agreement.

• Earned Fees: Fees for time already worked and milestones reached are non-refundable.

• Governing Agreement: All specific refund considerations or project pivots are governed by the terms of our individual signed contract. This ensures that the unique needs of your project are the primary guide.

Invoices & Late Payments

• Timelines: Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your Consulting Agreement (standard is usually 15 or 30 days).

• Late Fees: To ensure the sustainability of this partnership, late fees may apply as outlined in our agreement.
