How the Work Is Structured

Engagements are typically structured in one of three ways:

Ongoing partnerships through monthly retainers
Fixed-scope projects, such as planning, systems builds, or facilitation
Targeted, time-bound advisory support, including coaching or discrete strategy sessions

Most organizations work across two or three areas over time rather than addressing everything at once. The work is sequenced to reflect capacity, urgency, and sustainability.

Rates are structured by organizational size, scope, and engagement type. Detailed pricing is shared directly and transparently once scope is clear.
