Work With Me

I work with nonprofit organizations to build clarity, alignment, and systems that support their mission over time. The work is modular and collaborative, designed to meet organizations where they are and scale as needs evolve.

Most engagements combine a small number of focus areas, sequenced over time.

Strategy and Direction

Strategic planning, roadmaps you can actually use, and architecture for start-ups or growth. We’ll turn your big-picture vision into a clear, shared path forward.

Facilitation and Shared Work

Workshops and retreats that get people talking and moving. Designing space for teams to get on the same page and find creative ways to move forward.

Operations, Systems, and Infrastructure

HR and ops systems, simple workflows, and data tools that help you learn. Making sure your internal setup finally feels as solid as your mission.

Leadership, Governance, and Support

Coaching for founders, board support, and transition planning. A sounding board to help you lead through change with more headspace.

Program Design and Development

Blueprints for new initiatives, workflow design, and clear stories about your impact. I help you build the foundation together so your team is ready to take the lead and own the work for the long haul.

How the Work Is Structured

Engagements are typically structured in one of three ways:

  • Ongoing partnerships through monthly retainers

  • Fixed-scope projects, such as planning, systems builds, or facilitation

  • Targeted, time-bound advisory support, including coaching or discrete strategy sessions

Most organizations work across two or three areas over time rather than addressing everything at once. The work is sequenced to reflect capacity, urgency, and sustainability.

Rates and Next Steps

Rates are structured by organizational size, scope, and engagement type. Detailed pricing is shared directly and transparently once scope is clear.
